Job Summary:

TagMaster North America is seeking an experienced and accomplished Inside Sales Representative with a measurable and proven track record of selling over the phone. Experience and knowledge of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) products for vehicle access and security is a plus. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and is available immediately. This position reports to the Sales Manager. Principals only, No Recruiters please. Do not contact with unsolicited services or offers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Cultivates new customer relationships through 50+ outbound calls and emails daily
• Educating both current and prospective customers on all available products, uses, and pertinent technical information
• Qualifying customers/projects and recommending products based on project requirements
• Contacting sales prospects through use of CRM, telephone and email for new lead generation
• Calling and maintaining relationships with existing customers through telephone and email
• Sending proposals and technical information to prospective and current clients
• Managing all customer accounts with a high level of care and professionalism
• Follow up on pending proposals, new orders, recent installations, inactive contacts
• Qualifies customers/ projects and recommends products based on project requirements
• Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences in support of sales team efforts
• Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Performing basic administrative and clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and others as needed
•Hosts TagMaster NA sales and product presentations (Webinars)

The Inside Sales Representative should be team-oriented, customer-focused, and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills. It is essential this individual be disciplined and highly ethical as well as represent the professional image of TagMaster North America at all times.

Qualified applicants should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience) with a minimum of 2 years experience in technology sales
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Ability to make 50+ outbound calls and emails daily to prospects and current customers with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy
• Ability to make proper notations for each account through the use of CRM
• Dynamic problem solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of fluid variables in situations where only limited standards may exist and is receptive to coaching and feedback from management
• Develop and seek out new clients to heighten profitability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Report and track sales activities and lead generation to management
• Knowledge of RFID technology a plus

Additional Requirements:
•Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
•Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Therefore candidate must possess or be able to acquire a valid U.S. passport
•Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
•Must be able to work at the TagMaster North America office located in Tacoma, Washington USA
•Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal
•Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
