Job Summary:
TagMaster NA is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Coordinator with the ability to multi-task and support the sales team and head up the marketing team. Experience and knowledge of security, access control, and Identification solutions is a plus. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and available immediately. This job will require you to support all sales operations, including – but not limited to – quotes and order processing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide product introduction, consultation, and qualification to prospective and existing customer base.
- Qualifying customers/projects and recommending products based on project requirements.
- Contacting and following up with sales prospects using CRM, telephone, and email.
- Travel for trade shows and business trip (COVID-19 and safety considered).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, communications, or related field)
- Experience with technology companies with a focus on companies in access control, security, and identification
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to make outbound calls and emails to prospects and current customers with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Proficiency and experience with a CRM.
- 3+ years of proven experience working in marketing and or communications (must be in technology, access control, security, identification industry) targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
- A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
- Strong organizational skills
- Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of fluid variables in situations where only limited standards may exist.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM and be able to operate in a sales support capacity creating and sending proposals as well as communicating with customers in a professional way.
- Collaboration skills: Be a team player and be able to work with dynamic groups both in support and sales.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable, open-minded, and unbothered by change and a dynamic environment while being able to see the big picture.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
- Travel and fieldwork may be required.
- Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
- Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
