Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

TagMaster NA is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Coordinator with the ability to multi-task and support the sales team and head up the marketing team.  Experience and knowledge of security, access control, and Identification solutions is a plus. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and available immediately.  This job will require you to support all sales operations, including – but not limited to – quotes and order processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide product introduction, consultation, and qualification to prospective and existing customer base.
  • Qualifying customers/projects and recommending products based on project requirements.
  • Contacting and following up with sales prospects using CRM, telephone, and email.
  • Travel for trade shows and business trip (COVID-19 and safety considered).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, communications, or related field)
  • Experience with technology companies with a focus on companies in access control, security, and identification
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to make outbound calls and emails to prospects and current customers with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Proficiency and experience with a CRM.
  • 3+ years of proven experience working in marketing and or communications (must be in technology, access control, security, identification industry) targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of fluid variables in situations where only limited standards may exist.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CRM and be able to operate in a sales support capacity creating and sending proposals as well as communicating with customers in a professional way.
  • Collaboration skills: Be a team player and be able to work with dynamic groups both in support and sales.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable, open-minded, and unbothered by change and a dynamic environment while being able to see the big picture.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
  • Travel and fieldwork may be required.
  • Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
  • Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
