Long-Range RFID UHF Reader
The XT-5 “all-in-one” RFID UHF Reader is our most advanced integrated reader to this date. It has an advanced radio design with high output power, self-jammer cancellation (SJC) and control of antenna polarization (which can be set to vertical, horizontal or circular). It supports both PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) and 24VDC conventional power supply. It has a high performance processor running Linux.
Reader settings can be configured via the easy-to-use web interface, either locally or remotely. Its built-in controller enables product integration, including cameras, barriers, and inductive loop detectors.
Long Range Identification
A long range passive UHF Tag can be identified up to 50* feet using the XT-5 Reader. The UHF Tags used are battery and maintenance free allowing for quick, hands-free access. UHF Tags are customizable upon request to meet customer specifications.
LED & Buzzer Indication Control
The built-in high intensity LEDs with selectable color readout provide the user visual feedback that a Tag has been read. The LED and buzzer indicators offer a better definition of the read lobe, enabling quick and easy installation and configuration.

Easy Integration
All of TagMaster’s systems support an extensive variety of industry standard interfaces. The XT-5 supports protocols such as Ethernet (TCP/IP), Serial connections RS232 and RS485, and 26-bit Wiegand interface and can be used with ACTS (Access Control Tracking System) Essential software.
