TagMaster NA introduces our latest feature for Dual Plate Reading (DPR) for our powerful all-in-one CT-45 LPR Cameras. This feature enables all 4 cameras (2x IR and 2x Color) to work for you, performing the processing of both views simultaneously and providing you with a single and most accurate result in an event.
As noted in the diagram below –two of our CT-45 all-in-one LPR solutions are able to work to read front and rear license plates at the same time. This is a feature that ensures the highest accuracy possible for vehicles by mitigating potential obstructions like bike racks or trailers that may be present on some vehicles.
Both cameras are working in tandem to provide a singular output of high accuracy plate capture. How does it know not to send the event twice if both cameras reported the plate you may ask?
