We’re grateful for the opportunities we’ve enjoyed this year in working with you to see countless successes through existing installations, new installations and project expansions.
As the new year approaches, we wanted to wrap up 2019 by reflecting on some of this year’s highlights and achievements and sharing our excitement for the year ahead.
New Product Releases
This past year, TagMaster NA released exciting new products in both our license plate recognition (LPR) and our long-range RFID platforms.
In our LPR product line, the new CS-40 LPR camera has been an exciting addition to our CS family of LPR cameras. The CS-40 boasts features such as PoE+, a Linux operating system, an easy-to-use web-based interface, standalone capability with JetManagementSuite (JMS) software, an onboard OCR engine and LPR processing for optimal performance and scalability, and more.
Another cutting-edge development in our LPR product line is the CS-50 LPR camera, a two-cameras-in-one solution featuring an infrared camera and a color overview camera contained within one housing. With its unique design, the CS-50 provides reliable license plate reads, even with non-reflective and partially reflective license plates such as the California black and gold plates and the standard non-reflective Alberta plates. Boasting features such as flexible integration and adaptability, a high accuracy OCR engine, onboard processing, an easy-to-use web-based interface, standalone capability with an internal database or JMS software, Wiegand output, and more, the CS-50 LPR camera offers a small hardware footprint and a robust performance.
In our long-range RFID platform, this year saw the release of the XT-5 reader, the new and improved UHF-platform RFID reader. The release of this reader was yet another opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to meeting and exceeding our customers’ demands, with highly sought-after features such as PoE+ capability, port forwarding for secure remote access, an improved internal RF module, a new and improved web-based interface, multi-tag filtering, multi-color LED readouts, compatibility with OSDP, and more.
On the software front, watch your revenue take off this year with our new Ground Transportation Management System (GTMS) solutions. The comprehensive software features compatibility with our LPR and long-range RFID platforms. GTMS is optimized for airport landside operations, with reporting capabilities and software features that streamline revenue processes and allow landside operators to maintain control and oversight over who’s coming and going at the commercial curb. GTMS is customizable to suit the unique needs of each airport’s traffic flows, regulations and layout.
Research and Development
Since our company’s foundation, our enthusiasm for research and development has remained a fundamental factor for our success, and this year we’ve expanded our development team as we continue to develop and provide custom-tailored solutions for our valued partners and customers.
As market demands evolve, we remain committed to providing the most cutting-edge solutions in the industry.
